Payments We Accept
Visa, Master Card, e-transfers,
e-transfers are preferable.
50% is due upon registration and the balance is due 7 Days prior program start date.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Transfers
- All cancellations made more than one week in advance of the retreat be paid in full.
- 25$ deposit for the retreat is final with no refunds. Cancellation fees will apply due to associated costs such as the catering service otherwise we hold a credit for you that can be used in the future for any retreats with Wellness Learning Place.
- If you need to cancel your booking for a retreat with less 7 days notice, and we can fill your spot from a waiting list, then we are happy to refund your deposit 100% of the cost.
Travel & Health Insurance
Travel & Health Insurance is recommended for guests from outside of Canada.
Wellness Learning Place will reimburse the cost of Travel insurance in the event if we cancel retreat. Health insurance will be not reimbursed.
If you have purchased travel insurance that covers cancellations, it’s important to review the policy documents or contact the insurance provider directly. They will be able to provide you with accurate information regarding the coverage and reimbursement process in the event of a cancellation.

As I participate in activities offered by the hosts and special guests, I understand that the offerings of this retreat are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any activity program. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit, and I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in retreat activities.
I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify retreat coordinator or of any serious illness or injury before retreat.
