I am a holistic health practitioner with over 30 years of experience, dedicated to helping others discover their own capacity to heal. Through my private practice, I have guided clients in activating their inner power—teaching them to trust their bodies and restore balance from within.

My approach is rooted in intuition, often allowing me to sense exactly what a person needs to shift or which remedy will bring them into harmony. Each time healing flows through the wisdom of the universe, I am reminded of the extraordinary power we are all connected to.

To recharge my own energy and strengthen my intuition, I spend time in nature—walking through forests or swimming far into open waters. These moments of stillness allow me to bring clarity, compassion, and deeper guidance to those I work with.

Each lesson comes with notes to support your learning, and you will also enjoy free time to simply relax or indulge in a soothing massage, included in the retreat cost.

Meals will be a highlight of your stay. You’ll experience a variety of delicious dishes prepared with healthy cooking methods, showcasing the flavors of organic, locally grown ingredients. Every meal is thoughtfully created to nourish your body while inspiring you with new ways to bring healing and vitality into your own kitchen.
